I wish I had more substantial updates to make on this build, but I guess an incremental step in the right direction is still a step in the right direction.
Got the steerer tube cut, stem decaled, chainrings on, Grafton BB rebuilt, bars/shifters/grips on and not just need to rivet on the cable guides and I can string it up!!
