Not every attempt results in a success...

I'm sad to say that the first experiment in re-anodizing has resulted in a do-over. The parts came back with the color and finish not up to par with what I need for the ARC projects. So, it's back to square one with this batch. The good thing is I found yet another 1 1/4" stem in my parts bin so I can provide several stem choices to dial in the build and hopefully have left overs for the second ARC.

I think I'll to try to color match the parts to the very nice dark turquoise post for the first ARC and use leftover slightly lighter parts for the second ARC.
