In this case it's a couple late 80s Fat Chance Wickeds. These two are just getting ready to be completely overhauled, but but will remain 100% original.
Both bikes are in very good condition and come in very attractive and uncommon colors.

hey Martin-
ReplyDeleteI've got a 1987 Wicked that needs some TLC so I'll be checking in on your overhauls. Will you be taking everything off down to the frame and putting them back together? I am looking into getting my frame painted. Any advice you can give a novice is appreciated!
Happy New Year! Jim (in Boston)
Hi Jim,
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting.
I've already rebuild the lime green wicked and it's ready to go.
The purple/yellow one is getting a complete overhaul (no repaint), but all the parts get refreshed and touched up where necessary.
Shoot me an email and I can give you some names of good painters. What condition is your frame in?? Perhaps it can be saved without repaint?
Martin
